The scientific and technical expertise needed can be found within the current members of the consortium ensuring that the project can start quickly and guarantees that junior staff hired for the project will receive high-quality training. End users and SMEs are both strongly involved with clear exploitation ambitions. The way the main roles have been assigned among the project partners guarantees a balanced of the work contribution, as each partner has clearly defined its role in its task, as well as the lead he has taken in the WPs and tasks. The project coordinator is Prof. Dimitri Konstantas from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. COGNIWIN started in May 2014.
