Out of 175 submissions CogniWin is one of the 15 finalists for the AAL Smart Ageing Prize
CogniWin has made it through as a finalist of the Smart Ageing Prize. We are one of 15 finalists chosen from 175 entries from across Europe. The 15 finalists are invited to present their ideas at a mentoring academy in Brussels in July. The AAL Joint Programme is the funding activity that aims to create better conditions of life for the older adults and to strengthen the industrial opportunities in Europe through the use of information and communication technology (ICT).

Cogniwin has been selected for a pitching event during the Medtech Tour in Lausanne, Switzerland. We have presented our Business plan and the envisaged market strategy in front of most prestigious investors and incubators from all the world.

The final Trial of the project started with the involvement of end users. Two test sites are trying the result of the Cogniwin projects in Netherlands ( Our partner Zuyderland) with 10 prototypes and in Switzerland (our partner Argyou) with 5 prototypes.

Second Pre-trials with 12 real users ran successfully for two weeks at Zuyderland (Orbis) and ArgYou AG. Collected data and user feedback are being analyzed to further improve the next CogniWin version.
